If a Participant who is not Retirement Eligible at the time of his Separation from Service has elected prior to, or in connection with, his Separation from Service the Lump-Sum Option for the payment of his Grandfathered Benefit, such Lump-Sum Option shall be paid on the later of (i) the first day of the first month following the expiration of the Payment Delay Period and (ii) the first day of the month coincident with or next following the month in which the Participant attains age 55.
In the event a Participant dies during the Payment Delay Period, his Grandfathered Benefit shall be paid to his Beneficiary together with any interest credited thereto in a lump-sum payment as soon as administratively practicable after such Participant’s death.
