Payment Failure Notice definition

Payment Failure Notice means the notice delivered by the Reinsurer pursuant to Section 8.01.
Payment Failure Notice means a notice of nonpayment in the form attached as Annex H.

  • Daily Failure Amount means the product of (x) .005 multiplied by (y) the Closing Sale Price of the Common Stock on the applicable Share Delivery Date.
