Examples of Payment for Work Product Agreement in a sentence

  • Any assignment of this Payment for Work Product Agreement without such consent shall be null and void and may, in TxDOT’s sole discretion, disqualify Proposer from further consideration for the procurement and Project.

  • This Payment for Work Product Agreement may be terminated by TxDOT, in its sole discretion, in whole or in part, at any time.

  • Unless otherwise provided herein, the provisions of this Payment for Work Product Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until the earlier to occur of (a) eighteen (18) months from the date of the execution of this Agreement or (b) the date payment is delivered hereunder.
