Payroll Setup Policies definition

Payroll Setup Policies means setup policies provided by the Service relating to payroll computations including but not limited to those responsible for earnings, earnings taxability, pre-tax deductions, deductions, taxes, and the assignment of those same policies to Employees.

  • PeopleGuru shall not be responsible for penalties and interest payments that arise as a result of its reliance on erroneous Customer Data entered into the Service or due to Customer’s failure to correct its Payroll Setup Policies or Tax Agency Setup Policies or its failure to notify PeopleGuru promptly via CRM of its desire to obtain assistance in doing so.
