PC cheque definition

PC cheque means a cheque drawn on the PC account; “PC communication” includes all notices, demands, requests, instructions, advice and other communications, including without limitation, the PC statement, CRC Card, CRC Card Pin, Citibank ATM/Debit Card, Citibank ATM/Debit Card PIN, TBS Access Code and PC chequebooks; “PC minimum payment” for any month means the minimum payment due and payable on the PC outstanding balance for that month, as determined in accordance with clause 5(d) of the Citibank Power Cash Customer’s agreement; “PC outstanding balance” includes all transactions, interest, fees, charges and liabilities (including any QC Minimum Payment) due and payable to us in any month in respect of or in connection with the PC account and/or pursuant to this Agreement;

Examples of PC cheque in a sentence

  • You shall not use your PC account or issue a PC cheque to pay the minimum payment or any other monies owing to us in respect of or in relation to your PC account and/or this Agreement.
