PCI Fines definition

PCI Fines means those fines levied against the Insured due to a breach of the PCI Data Security Standard, but only as a result of a Data & Documents Loss Incident, Theft or Network Security Incident.
PCI Fines means those fines levied against You due to a breach of the PCI Data Security Standard, but only as a result of Data Breach.

  • Nitrogen oxides means nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide, expressed as nitrogen dioxide (NO2);
