PCPA 2004 definition

PCPA 2004 means the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5); “TCPA 1990” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8).

  • If regard is to be had to the development plan for the purpose of any determination to be made under the planning Acts the determination must be made in accordance with the plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise - S.38 (6) PCPA 2004.

  • Classification plan means the orderly arrangement of positions within an agency into separate and distinct job families so that each job family will contain those positions which involve similar or comparable skills, duties and responsibilities [74:840 1.3].

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Resource Adequacy Rulings means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 06- 06-024, 00-00-000 and any subsequent CPUC ruling or decision, or any other resource adequacy laws, rules or regulations enacted, adopted or promulgated by any applicable Governmental Authority, as such CPUC decisions, rulings, laws, rules or regulations may be amended or modified from time to time during the Term.
