  • Pursuant to section 1129(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Debtors will disclose, on or prior to the Confirmation Date, the identity and any affiliations of any Person proposed to serve on the initial PCT Advisory Board as well as the identity and affiliations of the PCT Representative.
