Peer Group TSR Percentage means the compounded annual growth rate, expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent (0.1%)), of each of the Peer Group Companies during the Performance Period, calculated in a manner consistent with Section 2(f) above from publicly available information.
