PEG Access Channel definition

PEG Access Channel means a channel designated for Public, Educational, or Governmental use by the Village.
PEG Access Channel or "PEG channel" means any channel set aside for educational use or governmental use without a charge by the licensee for channel usage.
PEG Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the programming of the PEG Access Channel with text messaging, or playback of previously aired programming shall not constitute unused time.

  • The Issuing Authority or the PEG Access Designee may subsequently change the programming on the HD PEG Access Channel from an SD PEG Access Channel simulcast to distinct programming, or from distinct programming to an SD PEG Access Channel simulcast, upon one hundred (180) days prior written notice from the Issuing Authority to the Licensee which change shall not occur more than once during the License term.


More Definitions of PEG Access Channel

PEG Access Channel or “PEG Channel” means video Channel which Grantee must make available without charge for Public, Educational or Governmental non-commercial use for the transmission of video programming consistent with NYSPC regulations.
PEG Access Channel means any Channel on the Cable Systems made available by cable operator(s) for noncommercial public, educational or governmental programming.
PEG Access Channel means any channel(s) made available for presentation of non-commercial PEG Access Programming, including a video channel which the Licensee shall make available to the Town of Xxxxxxxx and/or Access Users, without charge, for the purpose of transmitting non-commercial programming by members of the public, Town boards, commissions, departments and agencies, public schools, and/or other local educational, institutional and similar organizations.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

  • Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;
