PEG Access User definition

PEG Access User means a Person utilizing the Cable System, including all related facilities for purposes of production and/or transmission of PEG Access Programming as opposed to utilization solely as a Subscriber.

Examples of PEG Access User in a sentence

  • A PEG Access User – whether an individual, educational or governmental user – acquires no property or other interest by virtue of the use of a channel so designated, and may not rely on the continued use of a particular channel number, no matter how long the same channel may have been designated for such use.

  • In the event the Franchise Authority or other PEG Access User elects not to fully program its Channel(s) with original PEG Access Programming, Franchisee may reclaim any unused time on those channels.
