In interpreting the foregoing provisions, the parties agree that it is intended that the Approved Schedule be tolled only one day for every day of actual delay experienced due to the occurrence of a delay due to Tenant Delay or Force Majeure, and that any overlapping delays (meaning any combination of Tenant Delay and Force Majeure delay relating to the same days) will not be double counted.
