Pending Product definition

Pending Product of a Person, as of a certain date, means a Licensed Product developed by or for such Person that such Person reasonably expects to tapeout within eighteen (18) months of such date (as specified in a then-current written product roadmap as of such date) and that such Person reasonably expects to make (or have made) and sell commencing reasonably promptly thereafter.
