IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.

NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.
HARGA RIZAB Hartanah tersebut akan dijual “dalam keadaan xxxxx xxx” xxx tertakluk kepada satu harga rizab sebanyak RM270,000.00 (RINGGIT MALAYSIA DUA RATUS TUJUH PULUH RIBU SAHAJA) xxx tertakluk kepada Syarat-Syarat Jualan xxx kebenaran (jika perlu) daripada Pihak Pemaju/Xxxx Punya xxx/atau pihak-pihak xxxx xxxx berkenaan. Jualan hartanah tersebut akan dikenakan cukai berdasarkan mana-mana Akta terkini atau selepasnya yang dikuatkuasa oleh Kerajaan Malaysia yang mana berkenaan.

BaSAG means the Austrian Recovery and Resolution Act (Sanierungs- und Abwicklungsgesetz), as amended or replaced from time to time, and any references to relevant provisions of the BaSAG in these Terms and Conditions include references to any applicable provisions of law amending or replacing such provisions from time to time.
Anadromous fish means any species of fish which ascends rivers or streams from the sea for breeding purposes (e.g. Alewife, Salmon, Shad).

Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
Philippines means the Republic of the Philippines and when used in a geographical sense means the national territory comprising the Republic of the Philippines;
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;
CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).
SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day falling in the relevant Observation Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day "i".
