SSE means the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Heritage means Heritage Bancorp Ltd.
Community basin means an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond, established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-4.2(c)14, that is designed and constructed in accordance with the New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual, or an alternate design, approved in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), for an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond and that complies with the requirements of this chapter.
Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.
Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
CPN is as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 64.1600(c).
CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.
Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.
NGCB means a Temporary Global Covered Bond or a Permanent Global Covered Bond, in either case in respect of which the applicable Final Terms specify that it is a new global covered bond;
WCA means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and the regulations thereunder.
CCS means a method of exchanging call set up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the Public Switched Network that carries the actual call. Signaling System 7 ("SS7") is currently the preferred CCS method. "Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act" or "CALEA" refers to the duties and obligations of Carriers to assist law enforcement agencies by intercepting communications and records, and installing pen registers and trap and trace devices. "Competitive Local Exchange Carrier" or "CLEC" refers to a Party that has submitted a request, pursuant to this Agreement, to obtain Interconnection, access to Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, or resale of Telecommunications Services. CLEC is an entity authorized to provide local Exchange Service that does not otherwise qualify as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC).
PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.

Bancorp means Eagle Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation.
AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
STP means the temperature of fifteen degrees Celsius (15°C) and at a pressure of one hundred and one decimal three two five kilopascals (101.325 kPa).
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Community association means an association in which membership is a condition of ownership or shareholder interest of a unit in a condominium, cooperative, townhouse, villa, or other residential unit that is part of a residential development plan as a master association or common interest community and that is authorized to impose an assessment and other costs that may become a lien on the unit or lot.
NYSDEC means the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
MSL means an altitude expressed in feet measured from Mean Sea Level.
Quadriplegia means total Paralysis of both upper and lower limbs. “Hemiplegia” means total Paralysis of the upper and lower limbs on one side of the body. “Uniplegia” means total Paralysis of one lower limb or one upper limb. “Paraplegia” means total Paralysis of both lower limbs or both upper limbs. “Paralysis” means total loss of use. A Doctor must determine the loss of use to be complete and not reversible at the time the claim is submitted.
AT&T KANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kansas.
Community Council or “Council” means a duly elected body of MNO citizens that represents a Charter Community,
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
