Per Core Use definition

Per Core Use means Server Software licensing wherein a separate license is required for each core that resides on a single Server.

  • If the Server Software is licensed on a Per Core Use basis, then for each processor residing on the Server, a separate Per Core use license must be purchased.

  • If the Server Software is licensed on a Per Core Use basis, then for each processor (represented by a number of cores) residing on the Server, a separate Per Processor Client Access License must be purchased.
