Percentage of Income Payment Plan. (“PIPP”) means the income-based payment plan for low-income, residential Customer served by the Company.
Percentage of Income Payment Plan. (PIPP) means the income-based payment plan for low-income, residential customers served by regulated electric, gas, and natural gas utility companies.
