Performance Period 2 means (a) if the Closing occurs prior to January 1, 2004, calendar year 2005 or (b) if the Closing occurs on or following January 1, 2004, the period commencing on the first day next following the end of Performance Period 1 and ending on the first anniversary thereof.

Performance Period 2 means the 18-month period immediately following the completion of Performance Period 1 (subject to adjustment as set forth below).

Performance Period 2 means the period from January 1, 2023 to and including December 31, 2023.

If the Fund then under-performs the Benchmark in Performance Period 2, no performance fee is paid for that Performance Period.
Once approved, this Plan shall continue until the earlier of: 1) the end of the Performance Period, 2) termination of the Plan as described in the “Amendment and Termination Provisions” section below, or 3) termination of Participant from the Company’s employ, with respect to that Participant.
Awards are earned based on the Relative TSR in each of the 1 Year TSR Performance Period, 2 Year Relative TSR Performance Period and 3 Year Relative TSR Performance Period.

Performance Period 2 means the period commencing on the Vesting Commencement Date and ending on (and including) the day immediately prior to fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.
