Performance Security Amount definition

Performance Security Amount has the meaning given in item 19 of the Reference Details.
Performance Security Amount means an amount equal to the Net Project Incentive multiplied by a percentage equal to 100% minus the Performance Security Reduction;
Performance Security Amount means an amount as calculated and adjusted in accordance with Schedule N (Performance Security Amount).

  • For the bid price of the bidder selected for acceptance is more than 15 (fifteen) percent below of the cost estimate, the performance security amount shall be determined as follows: Performance Security Amount = [(0.85 x Cost Estimate – Bid Price) x 0.5] + 5% of Bid Price.

More Definitions of Performance Security Amount

Performance Security Amount has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 10.14.1.

Related to Performance Security Amount

  • Performance Security means monetary guarantee to be furnished by the successful Tenderer for due performance of the contract placed on it. Performance Security is also known as Security Deposit or Performance Bank Guarantee.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Performance Assurance means collateral in the form of cash, letters of credit, or other security acceptable to the requesting Party.

  • Qualified Performance-Based Compensation means any compensation that is intended to qualify as “qualified performance-based compensation” as described in Section 162(m)(4)(C) of the Code.

  • Performance Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit of the Borrower or a Guarantor that is issued for the benefit of a municipality, other governmental authority, utility, water or sewer authority, or other similar entity for the purpose of assuring such beneficiary of the Letter of Credit of the proper and timely completion of construction work.

  • Availability Incentive Payments has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Long-Term Performance Award means an award under Section 10 below. A Long-Term Performance Award shall permit the recipient to receive a cash or stock bonus (as determined by the Committee) upon satisfaction of such performance factors as are set out in the recipient's individual grant. Long-Term Performance Awards will be based upon the achievement of Company, Subsidiary and/or individual performance factors or upon such other criteria as the Committee may deem appropriate.
