Period of Dental Treatment definition

Period of Dental Treatment means all treatment performed in the oral cavity during one or more sessions as the result of the same initial diagnosis, and shall include any complications arising during such treatment.

  • A Dental Treatment Plan should be filed with the Administrative Service Agent before treatment begins when charges for a Period of Dental Treatment (other than emergency treatment) are expected to exceed $200.
