Periodic Adjustment Percentage definition

Periodic Adjustment Percentage means the greater of (i) the arithmetic daily average of one-year Treasury Constant Maturities for each calendar year immediately preceding the applicable Plan Year for which it is applied, as published in the FEDERAL RESERVE STATISTICAL RELEASE H.15 (519) of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or (ii) 4%.
Periodic Adjustment Percentage means the rate of increase used to calculate the periodic adjustments to an Officer’s account under the Pension Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the reemployed Participant repays in full his prior distributions plus interest in accordance with Section 411(a)(7) of the Code, the Participant’s Retirement Account shall be credited with the full amount credited to such Retirement Account at the time of his prior termination of employment, increased in accordance with Section 5.4 by applying the Periodic Adjustment Percentage to such amount for the period between his termination of employment and his reemployment.

  • Investment Percentage means a percentage established for each Partner on the Partnership's books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Investment Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period will be determined by dividing the balance of the Partner's Capital Account as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the Capital Accounts of all of the Partners as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period. The sum of the Investment Percentages of all Partners for each Fiscal Period will equal 100%.

  • Minimum Dilution Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the product (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) of (a) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recent Fiscal Months, multiplied by (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio.

  • Asset Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • Applicable Commitment Percentage means, with respect to each Lender at any time, a fraction, the numerator of which shall be such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment and the denominator of which shall be the Total Revolving Credit Commitment, which Applicable Commitment Percentage for each Lender as of the Closing Date is as set forth in Exhibit A; provided that the Applicable Commitment Percentage of each Lender shall be increased or decreased to reflect any assignments to or by such Lender effected in accordance with Section 11.1.

  • Discount Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.

  • Purchase Percentage means, with respect to any Purchased Asset, the applicable Maximum Purchase Percentage specified in Schedule 1 (or as otherwise specified in the applicable Confirmation), as adjusted in accordance with Schedule 1 (or as otherwise specified in the applicable Confirmation).

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual percentage rate of finance charges or service charges, as stated in the related Contract.

  • Shift Percentage As to any Distribution Date occurring during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 0%.   • Portfolio Adjusted Yield means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the average of the percentages obtained for each of the three preceding Monthly Periods by subtracting the Base Rate from the Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period and deducting 0.5% from the result for each Monthly Period.

  • Adjusted Base Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Percentage.

  • Final Payment Percentage is five percent (5.00%).

  • Series Percentage means, with respect to any specified category, with respect to any Distribution Date or Trust Distribution Date, as applicable, the sum of the Class Percentages with respect to such category for each Class of the Series established hereby on such Distribution Date or Trust Distribution Date, as applicable.

  • Applicable Dollar Percentage means, with respect to any Dollar Lender, the percentage of the total Dollar Commitments represented by such Dollar Lender’s Dollar Commitment. If the Dollar Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Dollar Percentages shall be determined based upon the Dollar Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Prepayment Percentage As of the Closing Date, approximately 0%, and thereafter, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Senior Prepayment Percentage.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage). Condition: The three-month rolling average Excess Spread Percentage is: Class C Reserve Account Percentage:

  • Applicable Revolving Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Lender at any time, such Revolving Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Facility at such time.

  • Yield Reserve Percentage means at any time of determination:

  • Dilution Reserve Percentage means, on any day, the product of (a) the Dilution Horizon Ratio, multiplied by (b) the sum of (i) 2.25 times the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve most recent Fiscal Months, plus (ii) the Dilution Volatility Component.

  • Senior Enhancement Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates and (ii) the Subordinated Amount (in each case after taking into account the distributions of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) by (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.
