Periodic Determination definition

Periodic Determination means any determination of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 4.2.
Periodic Determination means any Determination of the Borrowing Base pursuant to SECTION 4.02.
Periodic Determination means any determination of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 3.01(b)(1).

  • Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;
