Periodic Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) (a) as to the Periodic Redemptions on July 1, 2016 and October 1, 2016, $1,120,000, and (b) as to the Periodic Redemption on January 1, 2017, the greater of (x) the then outstanding principal amount of this Debenture or (y) $2,240,000 and (ii) accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.
Periodic Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) $252,000 and (ii) plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.
