Perkins Act definition

Perkins Act means the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998, as amended by the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006, Public Law 109-270, 20 USC 2301 to 2414.
