  • NATIXIS, the Permanent Dealer and Arranger, also is an Issuer and Natixis Structured Issuance SA, the other Issuer, is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of NATIXIS.

  • Consequently, the Issuers are "related issuers" of the Permanent Dealer and Arranger within the meaning of National Instrument 33-105 Underwriting Conflicts of the Canadian provinces and territories in connection with the distribution of the Notes under this Base Prospectus.

  • investment dealer means a person or company registered in the category of investment dealer;
