  • References in this Base Prospectus to the Permanent Dealer are to NATIXIS as Dealer and to such additional persons that are appointed as dealers in respect of the whole Programme (and whose appointment has not been terminated) and to Dealers are to the Permanent Dealer and all persons appointed as a dealer in respect of one or more Tranches.

  • From time to time the Issuer may request an increase in the Programme Limit by delivering to the Fiscal Agent and each Permanent Dealer the letter set out in Schedule F.
