Permanent Regulation S Note definition

Permanent Regulation S Note means, after the expiration of the Regulation S Restricted Period, a Note offered and sold in reliance on Regulation S.
Permanent Regulation S Note has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
Permanent Regulation S Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.
