Any Permit application fee shall be considered a Reimbursable Expense to be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any required attendance by the House Doctor at any public hearing in connection with any Permit shall be considered an Additional Service to be compensated in accordance with Section 6.2 (Additional Services) of this Contract, and any Permit application fee shall be considered a reimbursable expense to be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.1 (Basic Fee).
