Permitted Beneficiary definition

Permitted Beneficiary means, as to any natural person, such person’s spouse, such person’s issue, a spouse of such person’s issue, a whole or half brother or sister of such person and/or a cousin of such person.
Permitted Beneficiary means any insurance company, state workers' compensation authority, state or Federal environmental agency, related trustee or surety, local utility, municipality, other domestic or foreign Governmental Authority, any vendor of goods or services being purchased by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, any domestic or foreign financial institution, or any other Person approved by the Facing Agent, in its sole discretion.
Permitted Beneficiary is defined in Section 6.3.
