Permitted Facility Contracts definition

Permitted Facility Contracts means both (a) Securitization Contracts and (b) Warehouse Facility Contracts, and all related Collateral, which for the avoidance of doubt shall include the items of the type described in clauses (a) through (e) of the definition of “Collateral” specifically with respect to such Permitted Facility Contract and any such related Security Documents.

Examples of Permitted Facility Contracts in a sentence

  • Borrowers shall notify the Agent within three (3) Business Days after: (i) the occurrence of a “servicer default” or “event of default” (or terms comparable thereto) under any Securitization or Warehouse Facility; or (ii) any demand or request to repurchase, redeem or retire any notes, securities or Permitted Facility Contracts relating to a Permitted Facility with a payment obligation in excess of $1,000,000.
