Permitted Fund definition

Permitted Fund means, in respect of an investment by a Portfolio, an investment in a UCITS, a Permitted Alternative Fund, a Permitted Fund managed by the Investment Adviser or other UCI or such other eligible or permitted fund as may be allowed under the Law of 17 December 2010;
Permitted Fund any money market fund that qualifies as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and (i) invests solely in securities issued or guaranteed as to principal and interest by the U.S. government and (ii) continues to be rated AAAm by S&P and Aaa-mf by Moody's.
Permitted Fund means (I) any successor Entity to an existing Foundation Fund or (II) any other Entity with an investment program all of which is within the same or a substantially related strategy as an existing Foundation Fund or a subset of an existing Foundation Fund.

Permitted Fund means an investment fund or investment entity whose general partner (or, in the case of a limited liability company, the general manager) is (i) an Apollo Person, (ii) an Affiliate of an Apollo Person, or (iii) an officer, director, general partner or manager of an Apollo Person or an Affiliate of an Apollo Person.

  • Restricted Fund means a fund in which the use of the principal or principal and income is restricted by agreement with, or direction by, the donor to a specific purpose. Restricted fund does not include a fund over which the owner has complete control. The owner is deemed to have complete control over a fund that is to be used for general operating or building purposes.

  • Related Fund means, with respect to any holder of any Note, any fund or entity that (i) invests in Securities or bank loans, and (ii) is advised or managed by such holder, the same investment advisor as such holder or by an affiliate of such holder or such investment advisor.

  • Regulated Funds means the Existing Regulated Fund, the Future Regulated Funds and the BDC Downstream Funds.

  • Related Funds means with respect to any Lender that is an Approved Fund, any other Approved Fund that is managed by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Affiliated Fund means, with respect to any specified Person, a private equity investment fund that is an Affiliate of such Person or that is advised by the same investment adviser as such Person or by an Affiliate of such investment adviser.

  • Affiliated Funds are any fund of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Trust (“JHVIT”), Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds II (“JHF II”) or Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.
