Permitted Option definition

Permitted Option shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.07(a) hereof.
Permitted Option has the meaning set forth in the Credit Agreement.

Permitted Option means a right to purchase the interest of the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary in a Person that is not a Loan Party (or assets or property of such Person or the K-T Printer Assets) granted to an equity holder (or a designee thereof) of such Person (or to such Person itself) at (x) fair market value or (y) in the case of a Permitted Option to purchase an interest in the Salt Lake Printer Entity, either fair market value or the Borrower's and its Restricted Subsidiaries' share of the total amount invested (valued at the time of making such Investment) in the Salt Lake Printing Press Assets.

Related to Permitted Option

  • Related Option means an Option with respect to which a Stock Appreciation Right has been granted.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
