If the last day of the Permitted Period is a public holiday, a gale warning day or a black rainstorm warning day, then it shall mean the next following day which is not a public holiday, a gale warning day or a black rainstorm warning day.
During the Permitted Period, Tenant shall lease the Premises on the terms of the Lease except (a) Base Rent shall be 103% of the final amount scheduled to be due under the Lease, and (b) Tenant shall have no right to again give a Holdover Notice.

This Section 2.02 shall apply to any underwritten offering of Permitted Period Shares (as defined in the Securities Exchange Agreement) that the Company makes an election (the "Election") to conduct pursuant to Section 3.3(b) of the Securities Exchange Agreement.
