Permitted Product definition

Permitted Product means any subdermally-implanted human pharmaceutical product that contains synthetic progestin etonogestrel as the sole active pharmaceutical ingredient (but excluding, for clarity, fixed dose combinations with any other active pharmaceutical ingredient).
Permitted Product means any wireless device for which the Buyer has been granted a license from QUALCOMM under the License Agreement to make, have made, use and sell such device for Wireless Applications.

  • Licensee shall: (i) provide, free of charge, to Licensor the following Permitted Product: one (1) t:slim® Insulin Delivery System manufactured [***]; and (ii) [***] and [***] to [***] the [***] of the additional Permitted Products during [***], or as schedules reasonably allow (the “[***]”).

  • If Seller does not offer to supply such Seller Improved Permitted Product to Buyer on such terms for any reason, then Seller shall not be permitted to supply such Seller Improved Permitted Product to the Permitted Purchasers.

  • Promptly (but in any event within [**]) after receipt by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, a copy of any written notices regarding the commencement of, or material developments in, any material third party disputes with respect to a Product, any Material Contract, any Product Intellectual Property Rights, any Permitted Product Agreement or any Royalty Monetization Transaction.

  • Subject to the limited exception for Permitted Product pursuant to Section 3.2, the Outlet will select amongst the Fountain Products for any and all remaining valves of Equipment.

  • Restricted Products means any product, device, equipment or machinery researched into, developed, manufactured, supplied, marketed, distributed or sold by the Company and with which the duties of the Executive were materially concerned or for which he was responsible during the Relevant Period, or any products, equipment or machinery of the same type or materially similar to those products, equipment or machinery;

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Terminated Product has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.1.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • regulated product means a consumer product for which a VOC standard is specified in section 94509(a), and

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
