This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall expire 30 years from the Permitted Sign Payment Commencement Date, unless this Agreement is terminated, modified, or extended pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or the mutual consent of the parties hereto.
Commencing on the Permitted Sign Payment Commencement Date and continuing for the remainder of the Term, Seaview Palms (or its Tenant) shall pay to the City the Public Benefit Revenue Share Payment pursuant to the further provisions of this Section 4.1.
