Permitted Sign definition

Permitted Sign means the digital off-site advertising sign as generally depicted on Exhibit B (as the design thereof may be modified from time to time, subject to the terms of this Agreement).
Permitted Sign means a sign, whether erected or not, for which an Outdoor Advertising Permit, Form 575-070-30, Rev. 07/01, incorporated herein by reference, has been issued, which permit has not been revoked, canceled, expired, or declared void.
Permitted Sign means the double-sided digital and static off-site advertising sign located on the Property as generally depicted on Exhibit B (as the design thereof may be modified from time to time, subject to the terms of this Agreement).

  • This Agreement does not supersede, nullify, or amend any condition imposed in the Permitted Sign Approval.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, City may impose on the Permitted Sign any new, generally applicable, non-discriminatory, City-wide taxes, assessments, and fees, including but not limited to business license taxes or franchise fees.

Permitted Sign means the one, single-sided internally lit billboard at 9009 Sunset Boulevard (Roxy Theatre) as generally depicted on Exhibit B (as the designs thereof may be modified from time to time, subject to the terms of this Agreement).
Permitted Sign means the two digital off-site advertising signs as generally depicted on Exhibit B (as the design thereof may be modified from time to time, subject to the terms of this Agreement).

Permitted Sign means a digital LED (light-emitting diode) freestanding electronic billboard, as defined in Chapter 17.04 of the Zoning Ordinance, located on the Shamrock Sign Site that substantially conforms to the dimensions and orientation shown on the drawing attached as Exhibit D.
Permitted Sign means the double-sided traditional non-internally illuminated off-site advertising billboards as generally depicted on Exhibit B (as the design thereof may be modified from time to time, subject to the terms of this Agreement).
