Person Receiving Care definition

Person Receiving Care means any person who, because of his/her physical or mental condition, requires a level of care and services suitable to his/her needs to contribute to his/her health, comfort and welfare.

The definition of "residential living care" includes the services provided by independent living facilities that voluntarily become licensed.

  • Receiving Institution The college or university where a transfer student plans to enroll and to apply previously earned credit toward a degree program.

  • University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).   • Information Recipients has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Non-Disclosing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7.

  • Receiving facility means a structure that is designed to receive septage waste for treatment at a wastewater treatment plant or at a research, development, and demonstration project authorized under section 11511b to which the structure is directly connected, and that is available for that purpose as provided for in an ordinance of the local unit of government where the structure is located or in an operating plan. Receiving facility does not include either of the following:

  • Information Recipient has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Recipient Party means the Party which receives Confidential Information from the other Party.

  • PHI shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA regulations in 45 CFR § 160.103.

  • Put Option Receipt means a receipt issued by a Paying Agent to a depositing Noteholder upon deposit of a Note with such Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
