Person with special needs is defined as a potential participant whose individual physical, mental or health-related situation is such that his/her participation in the project / mobility action would not be possible without extra financial support.
The Special Needs Trust Foundation shall advise the Trustee regarding the propriety and suitability of proposed or requested distributions for the benefit of a Person with special needs.
