Personal Application definition

Personal Application means that all present or future owners, or any other person that uses the property or facilities thereon in any manner, are subject to the regulations set forth in this Declaration, the Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations and any management agreement entered into pursuant to the terms hereof. The mere acquisition of any of the Lots in the Subdivisions or the mere act of occupancy of any of said Lots will signify that this Declaration, the Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations and the provisions of the management agreement are accepted, ratified and will be complied with;
