Personal Expenses Allowance. The weekly minimum amount of income the Council must leave the person with and anything above this may be taken into account by the Council in determining charges.
Personal Expenses Allowance means the amount of allowable income as provided for under Section .14(7) of the Care Act 2014 and Regulation 6 of Care and Support (Charging and Assessment of Resources) Regulations 2014
Personal Expenses Allowance is the sum of money identified as solely for the Service Users use as notified from time to time by the Council and such sum shall not to be used whole or in part as a Third Party Contribution. The “Sponsor” is the person who agrees to pay the Third Party Contribution.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Operating Expenses shall include all costs to the Lessor of operating and maintaining the Premises, and shall include, without limitation, real estate and personal property taxes and assessments, management fee(s), heating, air conditioning, HVAC, electricity, water, waste disposal, sewage, operating materials and supplies, service agreements and charges, lawn care, snow removal, restriping, repairs, repaving, cleaning and custodial, security, insurance, the cost of contesting the validity or applicability of any governmental acts which may affect operating expenses, and all other direct operating costs of operating and maintaining the Premises and related parking areas, unless expressly excluded from operating expenses.

  • Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.
