Pesticide Manufacturer means a Person who (1) manufactures, prepares, compounds, propagates, or processes any Pesticide or device or active ingredient used in producing a Pesticide; (2) who possesses an establishment registration number with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C.

Pesticide Manufacturer means a Person who: (1) manufactures, prepares, compounds, propagates, or processes any Pesticide or device or active ingredient used in producing a Pesticide; (2) who possesses an establishment number with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. §§ 136 et. seq.; (3) who conducts research to establish safe and effective protocols, including but not limited to establishing efficacy and toxicity, for the use of Pesticides on Medical Marijuana; (4) who has applied for and received any necessary license, registration, certifications, or permits from the Colorado Department of Agriculture pursuant to the Pesticide Act, section 35-9-101 et. seq., C.R.S., and/or the Pesticide Applicators’ Act, sections 35-10-101 et seq., C.R.S.; (5) who is authorized to conduct business in the State of Colorado; and (6) who has physical possession of the location in the State of Colorado where its research activities occur. A Pesticide Manufacturer is neither a Medical Marijuana Business, a Retail Marijuana Establishment, nor a Licensee.

  • A Retail Marijuana Store shall not Transfer any Retail Marijuana, Retail Marijuana Concentrate or Retail Marijuana Product to a Medical Research Facility, a Pesticide Manufacturer or a Licensed Research Business.

  • A Medical Marijuana Optional Premises Cultivation is authorized to utilize a licensed Medical Marijuana Transporter for transportation of its Medical Marijuana so long as the place where transportation orders are taken is a Medical Marijuana Business and the transportation order is delivered to a licensed Medical Marijuana Business, Medical Research Facility, or Pesticide Manufacturer.

  • A Retail Marijuana Store shall not Transfer any Retail Marijuana to a Pesticide Manufacturer, or a Marijuana Research and Development Facility.

  • In order to maintain transaction confidentiality, the originating Licensee may prepare a separate Inventory Tracking System-generated transport manifest for each recipient Regulated Marijuana Business or Pesticide Manufacturer.

  • A Licensee may not transport or permit the transportation of Regulated Marijuana to a Pesticide Manufacturer unless an Inventory Tracking System-generated transport manifest has been generated.

  • A Licensee shall provide a copy of the transport manifest to each Regulated Marijuana Business, or Pesticide Manufacturer receiving the inventory described in the transport manifest.

  • An Accelerator Store shall not Transfer any Retail Marijuana to a Pesticide Manufacturer or a Marijuana Research and Development Facility.

  • A Medical Marijuana-Infused Products Manufacturer is authorized to utilize a Medical Marijuana Transporter for transportation of its Medical Marijuana- Infused Product or Medical Marijuana Concentrate so long as the place where transportation orders are taken is a licensed Medical Marijuana Business and the transportation order is delivered to a Medical Marijuana Business, Medical Research Facility, or Pesticide Manufacturer.

  • Satellite Manufacturer means, with respect to any Satellite, the prime contractor and manufacturer of such Satellite.

  • Medical marijuana product means a product that contains cannabinoids that have been extracted from plant material or the resin therefrom by physical or chemical means and is intended for administration to a licensed patient, including but not limited to concentrates, oils, tinctures, edibles, pills, topical forms, gels, creams, and other derivative forms, except that this term does not include live plant forms.

  • Original manufacturer means the original component manufacturer, the original equipment manufacturer, or the contract manufacturer.

  • Explosives (1) means solid, liquid or gaseous substances or mixtures of substances which, in their application as primary, booster, or main charges in warheads, demolition and other applications, are required to detonate.

  • Radioactive material means any solid, liquid, or gas which emits radiation spontaneously.

  • Medical marijuana waste or "waste" means unused,

  • Specialty Drugs means high-cost injectables, infused, oral, or inhaled Prescription Drugs for the ongoing treatment of a chronic condition, including but not limited to, the following: Hemophilia, Hepatitis C, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, Crohn’s Disease, Cancer (oral medications), and Growth Hormones. These Prescription Drugs usually require specialized handling (such as refrigeration). Spouse means a person of the same or opposite sex who is legally married to Subscriber under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the marriage took place. A marriage legally entered into in another jurisdiction will be recognized as a marriage in the District of Columbia.

  • Radioactive Products or Waste means any radioactive material produced in, or any material made radioactive by exposure to the radiation incidental to the production or utilization of nuclear fuel, but does not include radioisotopes which have reached the final stage of fabrication so as to be usable for any scientific, medical, agricultural, commercial or industrial purpose.

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.

  • Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient or “API” shall mean one or more of the following active pharmaceutical ingredients: tenofovir alafenamide (“TAF”), tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (“TDF”), elvitegravir (“EVG”), and cobicistat (“COBI”).

  • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.

  • Remanufactured means factory rebuilt to original specifications. "Virgin material" means—

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

  • Airborne radioactive material means any radioactive material dispersed in the air in the form of dusts, fumes, particulates, mists, vapors, or gases.
