Pfizer Quarter definition

Pfizer Quarter means each of the four thirteen week periods (a) with respect to the United States, commencing on January 1 of any Pfizer Year and (b) with respect to any country in the Territory other than the United States, commencing on December 1 of any Pfizer Year.

Pfizer Quarter means each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods (a) with respect to the United States, commencing on January 1 of any Pfizer Year and (b) with respect to any country in the Territory other than the United States, commencing on December 1 of any Pfizer Year.

Pfizer Quarter means (A) for the first three (3) quarters in any calendar year, the three (3) successive thirteen (13) week periods (i) with respect to the United States, commencing on January 1 of any calendar year, and (ii) with respect to any country in the Territory other than the United States, commencing on December 1 of any calendar year, and (B) for the fourth (4th) quarter in any calendar year, the period commencing on the day after the end of the third successive thirteen (13) week period in (A) above and (i) with respect to the United States, ending on December 31 of any calendar year, and (ii) with respect to any country in the Territory other than the United States, ending on November 30 of any calendar year.

Pfizer Quarter means (i) in the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods as used by PFIZER in its audited financial reports, the first commencing on January 1 of any year, and (ii) in any country in the Territory other than the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods as used by PFIZER in its audited financial reports, the first commencing on December 1 of any year.

Pfizer Quarter means (i) in the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods as used by Pfizer in its audited financial reports, the first commencing on January 1 of any year, and (ii) in any country in the Territory other than the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods as used by Pfizer in its audited financial reports, the first commencing on December 1 of any year. With respect to Net Sales, the Net Sales for a Pfizer Quarter is the aggregate of Net Sales in the United States and outside the United States for the applicable Pfizer Quarter.

Pfizer Quarter means each of the four (4) successive thirteen (13) week periods, the first such thirteen (13) week o\period (a) with respect to the United States, commencing on January 1 of any Pfizer Year, and (b) with respect to any country in the Territory other than the United States, commencing on December 1 of any Pfizer Year. Throughout this Agreement, wherever reference is made to a report being delivered or a payment being made within a time frame measured from the end of a Pfizer Quarter, such time frame shall be measured from the end of the applicable Pfizer Quarter with respect to the United States.

Pfizer Quarter shall be construed accordingly.

Pfizer Quarter means each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods commencing on December 1 of any calendar year.

Pfizer Quarter means (i) in the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13)-week periods used by Pfizer in its audited financial reports, the first such period commencing on January 1 of any year and (ii) in any country in the Territory other than the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13)-week periods used by Pfizer in its audited financial reports, the first such period commencing on December 1 of any year.

Pfizer Quarter means each successive period of three (3) consecutive calendar months designated by Pfizer as a “Quarter” in the normal course of reporting its financials.
