Phase 1 Infrastructure Construction Agreement definition

Phase 1 Infrastructure Construction Agreement means a construction agreement to be entered into by the Township and Redeveloper, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, with respect to the Redeveloper’s obligation hereunder to construct, among other things, the Phase 1 Infrastructure Obligations and to convey ownership of all or a portion thereof to the Township or other applicable public body for public use in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.

Examples of Phase 1 Infrastructure Construction Agreement in a sentence

  • As part of the implementation of the Phase 1 Project, the Redeveloper will enter into the Phase 1 Infrastructure Construction Agreement described in Section 4.1(c) hereof in connection with the performance of the Phase 1 Infrastructure Obligations described therein.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Construction Agreement means the proposed building agreement between the Company and a proposed builder substantially in the form of the draft agreement a copy of which has been signed on behalf of the Authority and the Company for the purposes of identification;

  • Maintenance agreement means a document recorded in the land records that acts as a property deed restriction, and which provides for long-term maintenance of stormwater management practices.

  • Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) an agreement by and among Owner, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the U.S. Border of the NECEC Transmission Line with the Québec Line and (b) an agreement by and between Owner and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the NECEC Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE. The Interconnection Agreements shall address cost responsibilities among entities other than the Distribution Company and the other RFP Sponsors and shall include provisions, both technical and otherwise, for safe and reliable interconnected operations of the HVDC Transmission Project following Commercial Operation (including use of the HVDC Transmission Project for the delivery of electric power in emergency circumstances).

  • Water Infrastructure Charge means such a charge as is described in section 146(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991;

  • Contract Amendment means a written document signed by the Procurement Officer that is issued for the purpose of making changes in the Contract.
