Phase I Opening Date definition

Phase I Opening Date. April 28, 2005.
Phase I Opening Date means the date on which all or any portion of the Phase I Project is open for business, and the opening conditions set forth in the Disbursement Agreement have been satisfied.

  • In any event, the Company shall remove such easements before they interfere in any material respect with the prosecution of the work involved with the Phase I Project or the Phase II Project in accordance with the Project Schedules, and in any event, prior to the Phase I Opening Date (for easements affecting the Phase I Project) and prior to the Phase II Opening Date (for easements affecting the Phase II Project).

  • Within 360 days (or within 90 days, in the case of any Asset Sale that occurs on or before the Phase I Opening Date) after the receipt of any Net Proceeds from an Asset Sale, Xxxx Las Vegas (or the applicable Restricted Subsidiary as the case may be) may apply such Net Proceeds to make a capital expenditure, improve real property or acquire long-term assets that are used or useful in a line of business permitted by Section 4.13 hereof.

  • From and after the Phase I Opening Date, the Company shall only be permitted to obtain Advances hereunder for the purpose of paying Debt Service accruing with respect to Advances made under the Bank Credit Agreement or from the 2014 Notes Proceeds Account to pay Project Costs allocated to the Phase II Project under the Phase II Project Budget.

  • Accrual of such Management Fee shall commence upon the Phase I Opening Date (as defined in the Bank Credit Agreement).

Related to Phase I Opening Date

  • Bid Opening Date means the date the Bid is opened by the City.

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Increased Facility Closing Date any Business Day designated as such in an Increased Facility Activation Notice.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Construction Completion Date means date of the completion of the Construction Period, which shall be at the expiry of a period of 24 (Twenty Four) months from the Compliance Date or such other date (with the consent of the Authority) by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Concession Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by Authority as per Article 14.1.

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.

  • Payment Commencement Date means the date payments of amounts deferred begin pursuant to Article III, Section 6.
