Physical abuse means any physical injury, mental injury, or threatened injury, inflicted by a person responsible for the child’s care other than by accidental means; or any physical or mental injury that cannot reasonably be explained by the child’s history of injuries or any aversive or deprivation procedures, or regulated interventions, that have not been authorized by Minn. Stat. § 125A.0942 or § 245.825.
Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

Card means any card or other account access device we issue for the purpose of accessing your account.

Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.
Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
Virtual Card means a non-physical Card, the use of which is limited to online, phone or mail order purchases and which cannot be used to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM or bank. Any reference to cash withdrawals or to a Physical Card in this Agreement excludes the Virtual Card.
Ballot card means a ballot that can be counted using automatic tabulating equipment.
