Virtual Card definition

Virtual Card means a non-physical Card, the use of which is limited to online, phone or mail order purchases and which cannot be used to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM or bank. Any reference to cash withdrawals or to a Physical Card in this Agreement excludes the Virtual Card.
Virtual Card a Card number issued by us for the purpose of making a single Payment without also issuing any corresponding physical card;

Examples of Virtual Card in a sentence

  • You may not always be asked to enter a CVV or a 3D Secure Code to complete a purchase, so always make sure You want to proceed with the transaction before You provide Your Virtual Card details to a Merchant.

  • After Your Virtual Card details or Your 3D Secure Code has been entered, We may deal with a transaction as if You authorized it.

  • We are not responsible for any losses You suffer, and You may also be held liable for any losses incurred by any other Party because someone else used Your Virtual Card.


More Definitions of Virtual Card

Virtual Card means all virtual cards issued by us (but not physically) from time to time with a Card Account Number assigned by us from time to time either as a Principal Card or as a Supplementary Card.
