Physical Receipt definition

Physical Receipt means a definitive Receipt in physical form.
Physical Receipt shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03.
Physical Receipt means a print-out or other item evidencing a wager placed at a sports wagering retailer.

  • Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Receipts, the Depositary is hereby authorized and instructed to, and shall, execute and deliver in exchange therefor Physical Receipts representing the same number of Depositary Shares as represented by the surrendered temporary Receipt or Receipts, provided that the Depositary has been provided with all necessary information that it may request in order to execute and deliver such Physical Receipt or Receipts.
