PID Projects definition

PID Projects means the public improvements or services to be constructed or acquired by or on behalf of the Developer within the PID and described in the SAP, whether the SAP defines such public improvements or services as PID Projects or utilizes another term.
PID Projects means all water, wastewater/sewer, drainage, roadway, and other public improvements allowable under the PID Act and identified in the Service and Assessment Plan which benefit and are necessary to serve the Development.

Examples of PID Projects in a sentence

  • All PID Projects shall be constructed by or at the direction of Developer in accordance with the Development Agreement and this Agreement and any other applicable agreement between the Parties related to property in the PID.

  • The City Representative shall have the right, during normal business hours and upon three (3) business days’ prior written notice to Developer, to review all books and records of Developer pertaining to costs and expenses incurred by Developer with respect to any of the PID Projects.

  • The City shall approve the preliminary title report unless it reveals a matter which, in the reasonable judgment of the City, would materially affect the common use and enjoyment subscribed to such PID Projects.

  • Developer has sole responsibility of ensuring that all PID Projects are constructed in a good and workmanlike manner, with the standard of diligence and care normally employed by duly qualified persons utilizing their reasonable efforts in the performance of comparable work and in accordance with generally accepted practices appropriate to the activities undertaken.

  • The Developer shall furnish to the City a preliminary title report for land related to the PID Projects to be acquired and accepted by the City from Developer and not previously dedicated or otherwise conveyed to the City.

  • If the City objects to any preliminary title report, the City shall not be obligated to accept title to the applicable PID Projects until Developer has cured the objections to the reasonable satisfaction of the City.

  • For a period of two (2) years after completion of the PID Projects, books shall be maintained in accordance with customary real estate accounting principles.

  • If any PID Projects are or will be on land owned by the City, the City hereby grants to Developer a license to enter upon such land for purposes related to construction (and maintenance pending acquisition and acceptance) thereof.

  • Developer shall perform, or cause to be performed, all of its obligations and shall conduct, or cause to be conducted, all operations with respect to the construction of PID Projects in a good and workmanlike manner, with the standard of diligence and care normally employed by duly qualified persons utilizing their commercially reasonable efforts in the performance of comparable work and in accordance with generally accepted practices appropriate to the activities undertaken.

  • Construction of the PID Projects shall not require competitive bidding pursuant to Section 252.022(a)(9), Texas Local Government Code, as amended.

Related to PID Projects

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Qualified Project Costs shall have the meaning given to it in the Regulatory Agreement.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
