Pilot Provinces definition

Pilot Provinces means the Borrower’s Provinces of Tucumán and Misiones, and/or any other Provinces that the Borrower and the Bank may agree upon from time to time.
Pilot Provinces means, collectively, Inner Mongolia and Zhejiang; and the “Pilot Province” means either of the Pilot Provinces.
Pilot Provinces mean the Borrower’s Provinces of Yen Xxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx and Xxx Tre, and such other Provinces as may be mutually agreed between the Borrower and the Association, and any successors thereto.

Pilot Provinces the Recipient’s following provinces: Bandundu, Equateur and Province Orientale, including such new provinces into which these provinces shall be subdivided, after the administrative-territorial reform, and this term also includes the Maiko National Park and limited areas in other provinces agreed upon with the Association to carry out institutional strengthening for forest control and governance enhancement.
Pilot Provinces means the Recipient’s following provinces: Bandundu, Katanga and Sud-Kivu; provided however, that it is understood and agreed that Bandundu will be divided into three new provinces and Katanga into four new provinces after the administrative-territorial reform planned for implementation no later than 2010.

Related to Pilot Provinces

  • Project Provinces means those provinces and municipalities of the Borrower listed in the Annex to Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as said Annex may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Borrower and the Association, and a “Project Province” means any of said Project Provinces;

  • local municipality means a municipality that shares municipal executive and legislative authority in its area with a district municipality within whose area it falls, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category B municipality;

  • Selling Jurisdictions means, collectively, each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions and may also include, the United States and any other jurisdictions outside of Canada and the United States as mutually agreed to by the Corporation and the Underwriters;

  • Health Canada means the Canadian federal Department of Health and any successor thereof.

  • Partner Jurisdiction Financial Institution means (i) any Financial Institution established in a Partner Jurisdiction, but excluding any branch of such Financial Institution that is located outside the Partner Jurisdiction, and (ii) any branch of a Financial Institution not established in the Partner Jurisdiction, if such branch is located in the Partner Jurisdiction.
