Limited Areas definition

Limited Areas means the limited common areas and facilities as defined in Paragraph 7 of this Declaration.
Limited Areas means those Condominium Units to which use thereof is limited are as follows:
Limited Areas or "Limited Common Areas" means the limited common areas and facilities as defined in Article VII of this Restated Declaration.

  • The Allottee agrees to use only the Limited Areas and Facilities (if any) specifically identified for the Allottee in the Said Apartment and Appurtenances and as more particularly described in Schedule B hereunder written.

  • The Buyer agrees to not use the Limited Areas And Facilities identified for other Buyer(s) nor shall the Buyer has any claim of any nature whatsoever with respect to the Limited Areas And Facilities identified for other Buyer(s) and/or the usage thereof.

  • The Allottees agree to use only the Limited Areas And Facilities (if any) specifically identified for the Allottees in the Said Apartment And Appurtenances and as more particularly described in Schedule B hereunder written.

  • The Allottee agrees to use only the Limited Areas And Facilities (if any) specifically identified for the Allottee appertaining to the said Apartment.

  • Restrictions apply for the use of non-LLNL electronic devices and computers in Limited Areas buildings.

Related to Limited Areas

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Project site that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Project site during non- business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and

  • Restricted Area means the United States of America.

  • Blighted area means an area in which a majority of buildings have declined in productivity by reason of obsolescence, depreciation or other causes to an extent they no longer justify fundamental repairs and adequate maintenance.
