Pipe Facilities definition

Pipe Facilities means the water, drainage and sewage pipes constructed within the Water Authority Land as at the date of the Agreement;

  • To Sellers' Knowledge, Schedule 3.22.6 lists (i) all storage, manufacture or processing of Hazardous Substances at any of the Pipe Facilities, except where such storage, manufacture or processing was necessary to the conduct of the Business and in material compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws, and (ii) the sites where all Hazardous Substances and other solid waste materials from the Pipe Facilities were disposed, released or threatened to be released over the last ten (10) years.

  • To Sellers' Knowledge, the Company is, and the Business is operated or conducted by the Company, in material compliance with all Environmental Laws, which, if violated, would have a Material Adverse Effect on the ownership or operation of any of the Pipe Facilities or the conduct of the Business as conducted by the Company, and all prior instances of noncompliance have been fully and finally resolved.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.
